Financial Policies

Dental Insurance

We are happy to file and bill your insurance company for treatment in our office. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.

Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services at the time they are rendered. 

Payment Options

In addition to cash and check, we accept most major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover). We will be glad to discuss financial options with you at your appointment.
